(2)In the case of an aircraft engaged in a flight under instrument flight rules: the total of the quaritity' of fuel required for completing the flight to the first place of intended landing plus the quantity, of fliel required for an additional 45 minutes of flight at cruising speed after completing a flight to the alternate acredrome of said place of intended landing;
(3)In the case of the aircraft specified under the preceding subparagraph, here an alternate aeredrome is not shown in its flight plan: the total of the quantity of fuel required for completing the flight to the first place of intended landing plus the quantity of fuel required for an additional two hours of flight at cruising speed.

 

Article 154. In the case of an aircraft engaged in navigation at night in the air or on the ground, the aircraft shall, under the provisions of Article 64 of the I,,aw, indicate itself with a collision warning light (limited to aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of 5,700 kilograms or more), a starboard light, a portside light and a tail light.

Article 157. In the case of an aircraft parked overnight at an aerodrome used at night, the aircraft shall, under the provisions of Article 64 of the Law, be illuminated by means of the following facilities:
(1)At an aerodrome equipped with facilities for illuminating aircraft: said facilities;
(2)At an aerodrome not equipped with facilities of the preceding subparagraph: a starboard light, a portside light and a tail light of the aircraft.
